After a hugely successful year and with an aggressive 5 year growth plan DNA Travel is seeking the next members of the team. We have positions ready to fill but we are always interested in hearing from people not quite ready to make the move but potentially will be in the next 12-24 months.
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Travel Manager to join our corporate department. We are a client-centric business with a fantastic portfolio ranging from esteemed financial organisations to the vibrant world of the Arts. Our clients are at the centre of our business, their standards and ours are very high!
Job Type: Full-time, primarily work from home, Monday - Friday
The Role;
Assisting clients with all aspects of their business travel needs, providing expert advice and solutions. You will be responsible for liaising with travel bookers and building travel itineraries which offer the best solutions. You will work independently to source and compare the best airfares and hotel rates, issue airfares, book hotels, ensure special requests are met, handle changes and manage the booking through to payment reconciliation. You will work within the DNA SLA and at times this means it’s busy – so you need to be able to multi-task and prioritise whilst maintaining seamless customer service.
You will also work with our dedicated BDM team to onboard new clients and expand our portfolio.
What we are looking for;
GDS expert user ( ideally Galileo)
Excellent airfares knowledge – must be able to quote, book, compare, calculate changes for NDC, SME, BATMM, ITX, CAT35 etc
Accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
Ability to think outside the box – we are not looking for order takers
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Driven individual – DNA has big plans over the next 5 years
Business travel experience: 5+ years (required)
