The Firm

Our client is a L500 firm based in the heart of the city and are recognised by the legal directories in multiple practice areas.

The firm have multiple lawyers that are viewed to be shaping the legal industry. They are regularly instructed by listed companies on complex and cross-border cases.

The Opportunity

Their Corporate department are highly ranked in the L500 and are regularly instructed by domestic and international clients.

The department are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax (Senior) Solicitor to advise on:

  • Direct and Indirect Tax
  • Private UK & Cross-border M&A
  • Private Equity transactions
  • Corporate re-organisations
  • Restructurings, and venture capital investment.
  • Employee share schemes/management incentives
  • Employee taxation (including internationally mobile employees)
  • Tax aspects of M&A
  • Venture capital investment

Requirements

  • Qualified Corporate Tax Solicitor (Senior Associate) with between 4 - 9 years' PQE
  • Strong track record of advising on Corporate Tax
