Corporate Tax Solicitor

Our client is looking to add to its busy and growing London Tax team with the hire of a solicitor who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience.The Tax practice is large and broad-based. The team provides advice in relation to the structuring and execution of transactions, both in the UK market and internationally. The successful candidate will be advising on the Tax aspects of some or all of the following: M&A, joint venture and other corporate transactions; Structured Real Estate transactions; Funds (hedge, debt and real estate), international tax structures and cross-border transactions; Structured (asset and Islamic) Finance and Capital Markets and relevant VAT and indirect tax issues.Candidates will have acquired a broad range of Corporate Tax experience from a London or large regional practice. Experience in Real Estate Tax and taxation of corporate transactions is an advantage.
