The team undertake complex tax structuring mandates as well as some transactional matters.The client base includes high profile, publicly listed companies, management teams, investment funds, family owned businesses, real estate investors and developers. You will work closely with colleagues across the offices including international offices and especially from the private equity, funds, corporate, real estate, projects, and banking teams.
