A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager on a contract, on-going basis. Our client looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about tax to join our client's team. You will be working with several stakeholders across the business to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate tax compliance.

The role is a contract role min 12 months on-going.

This role would be full-time Hybrid/ WFH I day in the office Coventry.

The role is hybrid, with the expectation of attending the office in Coventry at least one day a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax compliance work (including preparation of the UK corporate tax returns, managing corporate tax payments, claims and elections etc.).
• Tax accounting under UK GAAP for statutory accounts purposes.
• Assisting with monthly/quarterly tax accounting/reporting for group purposes.
• Set-up of new group payment arrangement / simplified group relief group.
• Support to deliver the group's senior accounting officer sign-off process.

Essential Skills/Competencies/Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tax accounting experience is essential.
• The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA and or CTA qualified with a minimum of 3 year's post qualification corporate tax experience.
• You will preferably, but not necessarily, be Big 4 trained.
• Be a strong team contributor, with enthusiasm and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills are an essential.
