The firm offers a clear career development path, mix of hybrid working, flexible hours, with highly competitive remuneration and benefit packages.Job DescriptionJoining as Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager based from their Truro offices there is scope to mould the level of the role and responsibilities around the background and experience of the right professional. You will manage the delivery of corporate tax compliance along with increasing involvement on wide ranging corporate tax advisory project work. Examples include international tax and cross border reorganisations, advising on a wide range of clients on all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, and corporate reconstructions. Alongside this there could be involvement in R and D project work, international tax advice and other one off project work delivering a wide range of corporate tax solutions. The role will be moulded to a degree to suit and work around the strengths and preferences of the right professional, whilst also offering the chance to develop your advisory and technical skill set further with a clear route to progress on offer.The Successful ApplicantYou will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed your career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within any mix of: in house and/or, accountancy practice firm background. You will bring a mix of compliance and planning skills and may come with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and be looking to develop further in other areas. You will have opportunity to work on wide ranging work where you will have opportunity to develop your technical skill set within a supportive team and office culture.What's on OfferCirca £45,000 - £65,000 dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
