My client, a global-leading firm, is seeking a technically strong and ambitious mid-level Corporate M&A associate, with a keen interest in the E nergy, Resources and I nfrastructure sectors, for a role within its top tier team in L ondon. The team is looking to grow, to take advantage of the opportunities which the changing world is bringing to their clients. It currently has a very strong pipeline of strategic transactions, involving both traditional assets and increasingly renewables, cleantech and digital ventures. Clients include the biggest household names, some of the most pre-eminent global energy and resources groups, as well as financial sponsors, infrastructure investment funds and portfolio companies.
The emphasis is on developing well-rounded, commercially aware, relationship-focused lawyers, who are interested in a long-term career in a global law firm.
