Corporate Solicitor

Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking to recruit a corporate solicitor with c. 1-4 years’ PQE to join their corporate team in Edinburgh.The team advise on a range of Scottish, UK and international transactions, including complex acquisitions and disposals, venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations and general corporate and commercial work.As a junior solicitor within the team you will have access to market-leading, high-value work and as well as the support to ensure your success. The firm are committed to investing into your long-term future and ensuring your development as a junior solicitor.To be considered for this role you will need to have gained 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally working on cross-border transactions for a broad client base. You will need to be a motivated individual who is keen to develop quickly and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
