In return, they are looking for an experienced and personable solicitor who has a strong interest in building long-lasting relationships with their clients.The successful candidate will be working on the full spectrum of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. You will also be advising clients from a range of sectors including the technology and retail sectors.The successful candidate will be expected to: Be a qualified solicitor from 0.5 – 5 PQEHave relevant experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firm.Be a team player.Be client facing.
