Excellent Salary, Bonus and Benefits Package.Our client is a leading financial services institution who are seeking someone to join the team as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director.The Role:Responsible for executing the ESG plan roadmap and deliverablesMake sure to coordinate and align the ESG by design implementation with committed local ESG action planCoordinate the various priorities set or action to be performed with the main stakeholders to achieve the aboveBe the main point of contact with the regulator and different leasing association on ESG topicsPrepare ad hoc regular communication and reporting for the internal and external Boards and CommitteesReport regularly to the CEOs ad hoc steering Committee on status of the various action planBe the link with other ESG projects within OKR initiatives Continue the CSR VisionSupport the business priority for diversity and inclusion in order to deliver the Vision with clear milestones and KPIsDirect and animate the committees to help achieve the business goalsRepresent the company on all CSR subjects both internally and externally with CSR partner organisationsTo recognise and reward individuals and teams for their CSR contribution and create a sense of shared pride in our collective accomplishments,Co-ordinate fund raising activity in support of the chosen charitiesRaise the companies awareness of climate change and promote activities in support of all environmental initiatives to help address climate changeManage reporting, collating and reporting on key impact data for the to highlight the impact on the local communitySupport HR with the DEI strategyPrevious CSR and ESG experience within a corporate environmentProject Management SkillsChange Management ExperienceStrong and communicative presentation styleA self-starter, able to remain effective whilst working under pressureAbility to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholdersCompetent in balancing strategic direction with being transactional and deliveringEffective communications skillsExcellent organisational and project skillsAbility to gather data; analyse and presentInfluencing skills to gain support by persuading and convincing others at all levels of the organisationContact: In the first instance please send your cv to Mark Lyons at #####
