Key Responsibilities:
- Client Excellence: Provide cost-effective, timely, and high-quality services to a diverse client portfolio within the Corporate Services department.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a driven work environment.
- Practice Development: Contribute to overall practice growth, focusing on audit, accounts preparation, and outsourcing for corporate clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong internal and external relationships to effectively deliver projects and promote team growth.
- Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue business opportunities, supporting partners with value-added assignments such as business planning, advisory services, and other audit-related matters.

- Efficiently review and complete audit and accounts files.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office products.

Critical Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation.
- Corporate taxation expertise.

Qualifications:
- Essential: ACA or ACCA Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Desirable: FCA or FCCA.
Experience:
- Essential: Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience within an audit practice environment.
- Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience managing staff within a practice environment.
