The Firm

Our client has a highly reputable practice with multiple Legal 500 recognised departments. They act for impressive clients such as ambitious enterprises, private equity backed firms, HNW families and international investors. Our client pride themselves on having expertise in both private wealth and commercial law, with only a handful of firms in the City capable of doing both. Majority of their clients are international, with networks across the EMEA, the US/Canada, South America and Asia.

The Opportunity

Their Corporate Department have been recognised by the legal directories and they are viewed as leading advisors in their field. Their work includes Merges & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Investments & Joint Ventures, Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Governance. The role will involve a high level of responsibility, with extensive client interaction and exposure to senior management (i.e clients at CEO and CFO level). This is an ideal role for an ambitious Corporate Senior Solicitor who has a genuine interest in making a mark within the sector.

Requirements

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 4-9PQE
• Solid understanding of Private M&A, with some experience of Corporate Real Estate
