Clients include some of the largest organisations in the world, and you can expect an unrivalled level of client contact that is unheard of at firms of this size.Within this role, you will focus on M&A work for clients within the Tech space. This will allow you to develop a niche, becoming an expert within the sector and a trusted advisor to some of the world's most exciting tech companies, from fast-growth start-ups to multinational PLCs.As a senior team member, you will mentor, supervise and delegate work to junior lawyers and play an active role in business development to expand the team's reach globally.
