They are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join their expanding Manchester team.Job DescriptionAs a Corporate Senior Associate you will advise corporations and institutions of all sizes, both public and private, on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, private equity investments and cross-border transactions. We advise on more than 200 M&A deals a year, with 75% of those involving three or more jurisdictions.The Manchester Corporate team has an enviable client base acting for a large number of the region's listed companies, a growing private equity client base and exposure to cross jurisdictional transactions.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a Corporate Solicitor of minimum 4 PQE looking for an exciting new role as a Corporate Senior Associate.
