The firm is renowned for fostering a positive, encouraging, and trusting atmosphere. The firm are looking for a Corporate M & A Associate with 4 + years of post-qualification experience. The role is ideal for a seasoned corporate M & A Lawyer that is eager to join a growing practice and is keen to work on cross border deals. The firm operates across multiple jurisdictions and works with major organisations that includes over 50 + FTSE 100 companies. The Corporate practice group are highly ranked in the legal 500 and sit at the top quartile of Mid-Market M & A deals. The team transact in the following areas:· Public company takeovers · Private M & A· Equity Capital Markets· Corporate Governance Applicants must hold transactional M & A experience with the ability to supervise more junior members of the team. A willingness to carry out business development is also ideal.
