Responsibilities:Maintain a visible and proactive security presence within the premises.Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the facility.Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents promptly and appropriately.Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain order and compliance.Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, staff, and contractors as needed.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and implement effective solutions.Report any security breaches, incidents, or hazards to the appropriate authorities and management.Requirements:Proven experience as a security officer, preferably in a corporate or high-profile environment or Armed Forces / Police Experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.SIA Door Supervisor Licence preferred, although client will assist in getting licenced for the right candidate.Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.Professional appearance and demeanor.Benefits:Great promotion prospects for the right candidate.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Comprehensive benefits package.Access to training programs and resources.Chance to work in a prestigious and unique location in London.If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about providing exceptional security services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.This is a permanent, four-on-four-off off covering day and night shifts,7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am.
