About the Corporate Sales Manager role
A Corporate Sales Manager shall generate and develop hotel sales by bringing an expertise and proven success within sales and the corporate market and exceed in developing and implementing Atrium Hotel sales plans. The ideal Corporate Sales Manager will maximize revenue development from all market segments with a strong emphasis on corporate business and will be an effective ambassador for hotel and reach the set targets.

The successful Corporate Sales Manager will undertake the following duties:
Increase occupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel through proactive approach to planning and approaching the corporate market
Represent the corporate sales functions and needs of the hotel in the development of the Companys business development strategies.
Strong knowledge of local area Heathrow / Hounslow area to drive potential corporate business sales
Implement and oversee the corporate sales account management system.
Assist in the setting of personal targets for the sales team and regularly review to ascertain team and individual performance.
Develop and implement a well-defined and focusedSales Plan with specific activities for the corporate market.
Establish and maintain active working relationships with selected key accounts via individual account management sales plans.
Co-ordinate and attend specific industry events and trade shows.
Initiate and escort targeted client familiarization trips.
Oversee and manage regular direct mail campaigns as per the Sales Plan
Conduct product training to agents/corporate business in line with the Regional Sales Plan.
Keep abreast of, and report on, market trends, competitor activities and client feedback in month end reports.
Adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Ensure that the Department's operational budget is adhered to, within the costs and expenditure approved.
To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any such matters relating to your department.
To be flexible and extend job duties if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
To conduct and contribute to regular departmental communications meetings.

Skills and requirements
Exceptional customer care skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment
Knowledge of Local area Heathrow / Hounslow is highly preferrable.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the hotel
Constantly improve knowledge and show a desire to learn, attend companys trainings
Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance to ensure the department runs efficiently, and assist in the event of absence cover
Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English Language is strongly preferred
Opera PMS and Symphony system experience
Previous experience in hotel environment is a requisite
