A global and rapidly expanding commercial property company requires an experienced Receptionist to act as first point of contact to the business. You will be responsible for opening and closing the building and assisting with the smooth running of the day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for the building
Ensuring all customers and visitors receive a first class welcome
Working to resolve customer issues and meet requests
Responsible for the security of the building during opening hours
Complete multiple building walkthrough checks daily, including ensuring all systems are operational.
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times making sure all relevant post is delivered around the building or members notified of large packages.
Maintaining the visitors log book for member’s visitors and contractors. This will include building keys being signed in and out.
Keeping a constant eye on slack and email channels to make sure any requests are answered in a timely manner.
Managing client queries to SLA’s for maintenance team to take action. This will be escalated in emergency situations to the facilities manager.
Managing access passes for each client in the building.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a front of house role, ideally within a corporate environment, is desirable
Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.
You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
Ability to build a strong rapport with internal stakeholders and clients
Ability to manage difficult situations with clients and to handle complaints in a calm and measured manner.
Be proficient in the use of Google mail / docs / sheets as well as Outlook.
