Role Summary Responsible for supporting and implementing company QHSE initiatives across all regional operations. Actively promote Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management process for the company.Responsible for collaborating with operations and support functions across the company to ensure compliance to internal/external QHSE requirements, as well as partnering with government agencies and clients to promote a best in industry QHSE performance and culture. Responsibilities Supports the QHSE Manager on Corporate QHSE initiatives.Influence, coach and support departmental managers and their teams across the business to develop safety leadership and culture change.Conduct Regional visits to support operations, including offshore rig visits as needed.Monitor regions to ensure they have compliance with all relevant Health, Safety and Environment regulatory, contractual and company requirements.Monitor progress of Corporate QHSE Activity Plan to ensure objectives are met in timely manner.Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation of same within the QHSE area.Develop, implement and monitor QHSE related documents in the Borr Management System as requested, driving updates and improvements.Promoting employee participation in all aspects of QHSE such as behaviour-based observation, hazard recognitions, incident reporting, investigation and risk review.Monitoring results of QHSE performance and verifying compliance of QHSE and other requirements that the business subscribes through audits, inspections, management site visits, incidents and statistical data.Development and maintenance of Project specific documentation including QHSE Plans, Bridging Documents, Emergency Response and Evacuation Plans as required.Manage projects related to new or enhancements to QHSE applications/IT systems.Promoting hazard identification and facilitating risk reviews to ensure hazards are identified, risks are assessed, eliminated or adequately controlled at a level as low was reasonably practicable.Liaise with vendors who support us with Incident Investigation Methodology, Emergency Response Services and QHSE applications to ensure effective support and continual improvement of services.Ensure the Rig Induction Video(S) are kept updated.Participate in QHSE Meetings, HSE Case workshops, IADC conferences as required.Review any changes in QHSE standards, best practice and other requirements where applicable, update Borr Management Systems and communicate changes to company’s offshore and onshore management teams.Monitor the internal QHSE Audits program and ensure all audits are conducted as per plan.Actively participate in Internal auditing, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.Ensure that all reported incidents are recorded, investigated and analysed when requested to identify root cause and ensure that recommendations for future prevention are disseminated. Assist in reporting of incidents to the Enforcing Authority in accordance with legislation when instructed.Prepare and review tender documentation and submissions and provide feedback to Marketing as requested.Planning, co-ordination of emergency response exercises and maintain Corporate Emergency Response set up and conduct drills as required.Establish business continuity plans in collaboration with other functional teams.Update and maintain Monthly QHSE Statistics, Reports and external reporting as required.Follow up and monitoring the international Safety Cases for business units as applicable.Responsible to administer, process and coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) document change process in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Keep QHSE Intranet page updated, and coordinate news stories to be posted.Keeping departmental trackers and lists updated including “day since” tracker and prepare Safety Plaques and Letters in advance.Updating and maintaining environmental aspects and impacts register and data from the fleet as requested.Ensure that alerts are tracked, sent out in a timely manner, and add associated CAPAs.Create actions (CAPAs) in EHS and track to closure as required.Management, monitoring and support with regards to BORR QHSE Management System Applications eg Docmap, EHS, COMETTo assist in the identification of competency gaps with regards to QHSE and support training programs and Safety Leadership Programs where necessary.Assist with any other QHSE tasks as requested from QHSE Manager and QHSE Director as requiredTake personal responsibility for own continued professional development and undertake any training as required.Communicates internally with QHSE Managers, Marketing, Operations/Rig Management Team, Supervisor/Manager, Co-Workers and Colleagues.Communicates externally with auditors, Government Agencies, Client representatives and peers.Provides specialist advice and guidance internally to operations and Rig Management.Office based role which requires attention to detail and data management working under limited supervision and where problems can, at times be non-routine and need complex analysis or interpretation.The role requires travel as required within the region, including offshore/site visits Qualifications and Experience NEBOSH (or similar organizations) Diploma or International General Certificate preferredExperience in QHSE Advisor roles in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably drillingOffshore experience preferably on drilling rigsStrong IT literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft packages, comfortable with report writing and presenting audit and other data at all levels is a minimum requirement for this role as is a pragmatic, evidence based approach to decision makingInternational working experience is strongly preferredEnvironmental knowledge and experience to be SME on the subject on Corporate QHSE level.Lead Auditor of relevant (#####) ISO Standard, and internal auditor / general knowledge of other relevant ISO standards (45001 and 14001) and API Q2Experience with Safety Cases is an advantageExperienced and trained in industry recognized Investigation methodology. (Such as Taproot, Kelvin Topset, COMET)Deep knowledge of the industry, including established relationships within key HSE organizationsOffshore medical (OGUK) BOSIET and HUETGood written and verbal communication skills with ability to proactively interact and maintain positive relationship with customers, fellow employees and the executive leadership About Us
