Corporate / Private Equity Infrastructure - Elite US Firm in London (2 to 5 PQE)

We have been instructed by a prestigious US firm in London on a new role for a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Private Equity and M&A practice and to focus on infrastructure matters.
The team in London works with private equity funds and other investors on a range of corporate matters within the umbrella of infrastructure assets, such as transport, energy, utilities, and technology. It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, but there are potential openings in the team for up to 5 PQE given the strong pipeline of work and strategic expansion of the team that is being envisaged by the partnership.
The firm is able to offer elite-level work in the PE infrastructure sector, along with a Cravath-level salary and excellent prospects as they do make up from within the London office.
