The service you will work in….


You will be working in an Award Winning Team which recognises each individuals' needs and offers support. We are a team of supportive people who believe in working together and celebrating each other's achievements.


You will coordinate group volunteering opportunities for Hestia's corporate partners to volunteer across our Central Services. You will also work closely with fundraising corporate partnership team to create opportunities which align with stewarding plans that provide volunteers an insight into how Hestia supports people in crisis to motivate a wider partnership of regular giving.


A day in this role looks like….


As a Corporate Partnership Coordinator at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Volunteering Team. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.


A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:



  • Utilising a project management approach to lead on the coordination of corporate volunteering projects and events across the organisation.

  • Inspire and motivate Hestia's operational services to develop creative ways to provide added value through volunteers which meets the needs of the people across Hestia's services.

  • Work alongside Head of Volunteering and Coproduction and the Fundraising Corporate Partnership team to develop partnership relationships with corporate business by providing volunteering opportunities which align with wider partnership plans.

  • To promote and engage people who access Hestia's support to get involved in attending opportunities delivered by corporate volunteers.

  • Engage, recruit, and induct volunteers in accordance with Hestia's volunteer recruitment process.

  • Create event plans, manage budgets and risk assess events alongside Hestia corporate partners.

  • To represent and promote Hestia and our volunteering opportunities within the wider community and sector.

  • To evaluate and analysis the impact of volunteering engagement of our corporate partners.

  • Write impact reports, maintain accurate records and any other administrative records in line with Hestia's reporting and monitoring of the Hestia Volunteering Programme.

  • Carry out duties as may be reasonably required by the Head of Volunteering and Coproduction.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills

  • Ability to provide guidance and support to volunteers, peers and service users in a professional and empowering way.

  • Experience of recruiting and supervising volunteers.

  • Ability to make presentation and engage a wide range of audiences.

  • Excellent IT knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and Outlook.

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and evaluation skills.

  • Knowledge of Volunteering legislation, policies and procedures.

  • Good knowledge and awareness of cultural, social and health issues relevant to Hestia's service users.

  • Able to build relationships and work jointly with a range of external partners.

  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.
