Corporate Paralegal

Job Description
This is an exciting In-house paralegal role working for one of Europe's leading private debt firms
Based within the Legal Department you will work closely with the whole team and will gain exposure to the transactional, operational and fundraising challenges of a leading European private debt manager.
The role will appeal to candidates who hold a strong interest in innovation and contributing new ideas, including legal department technology solutions.
Some of the duties will include.
assisting with the review and execution of non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts and legal opinions;
conducting legal research and providing legal analysis on various issues;
attending limited partner advisory committee meeting and drafting minutes;
co-ordinating limited partner consent processes;
supporting on fund and deal closing processes;
identifying and implementing new productivity tools, including AI solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiencies within the Legal team; and
developing and maintaining legal spend budgets.
Ideally you will have a background in one of the following; Corporate, Private Equity, Investment Funds or Leveraged Finance
