Gambit Search are working with one of the top law practices in the UK looking to hire a corporate M&A lawyer at the senior associate level into their team in London.
The team has won numerous accolades in the last few years and are seen as one of the leading corporate advisors in the legal space.
This team has worked on some of the largest deals in recent years across various industries - both domestic and internationally.
To be considered for the vacancy, you need to be approximately 4-6 years PQE in corporate M&A. Having extensive experience in private M&A transactions is essential. There is some flexibility PQE level depending on the candidate. Ideally you'll have some sector expertise in energy/renewables.
