CORPORATE LEGAL DIRECTOR - 6+ PQE (TECHNOLOGY, MEDIA, SPORT, MUSIC, FILM & TV)

Superb new role for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a busy and expanding corporate / M&A team working on a whole range of exciting deals across technology, media, sport, music and film & TV.
A city trained lawyer is sought, at least six years qualified, with significant transactional experience, able to run corporate and corporate finance deals, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and restructurings.
The team currently consists of 15 lawyers, and within that a group of corporate partners with huge sector experience across the technology and media space.
Truly collegiate and offering a much more convivial environment to work from than larger City firms, the team are looking for a senior lawyer who would be a great fit with the culture and ethos of the firm, someone who has a genuine enthusiasm for corporate work and who would enjoy the sector focused approach of the team.
The partners are open to considering lawyers with significantly more experience than six years qualified. They will also consider City trained corporate lawyers who are currently working in house and are open to returning to private practice. Experience in the media and technology sectors is desirable but not essential. There is no need for a following.
