Corporate Lawyer, Leading Investment Manager

OUR CLIENT:
A global leading investment manager, is looking to add a corporate lawyer to their legal team.
This is an exciting time for a lawyer to join a team with a strong brand in the market and also rarely hires. It is also an excellent opportunity if you are looking for an advisory role partnering with senior stakeholders on a cross border basis.
THE ROLE:
Working closely with the business teams, your role will include:
Providing legal advice on the firm's activities including but not limited corporate advisory, acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial law etc;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all legal documentation such as general commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, non disclosure agreements and ancillary documentation;
Supporting with ad-hoc legal queries from the business;
Assisting the business with the set up of new locations;
Frequently liaising with members of the senior stakeholder team;
Liaising with external legal counsel when required.
THE CANDIDATE:
1-7PQE corporate lawyer with experience gained in either in-house or private practice working with a top tier institution.
Private practice training would be a plus for this role
Willingness to undertake a diverse role in a growing organisation
