This role would also be ideal for an existing Manager/Senior manager looking to step up to Senior Manager/Director Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mandates. Facilitate fundraising activities and capital raising initiatives for clients. Financial Due Diligence assignements for acquisitive clients or funders. Provide strategic advice and insights to support client objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the firm's reputation .
Help to drive the growth of the department, being actively involved in networking and business development activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
Qualified accountant. Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring. Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, Financial Due Diligence and fundraising activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
