Job DescriptionCorporate Finance ExecutiveCorporate FinanceBirmingham areato £60k + bonus (depending on experience)The CompanyWe are currently working with an established business based in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive/Manager to join the team. You will be joining a fast-paced expanding business, supporting directors/partners on deal delivery, working as an advisor in the technology and industrials sector space.The RoleThe role will be based out of their offices, this position requires an ambitious individual, who is keen to join this high performing team of M&A specialists. You will continue your development and manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fund raising for clients across all sectors. Mentored by a team of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of deals predominantly in the mid market/lower mid market space, working closely with both OMB's and Private Equity companies.The CandidateIdeally, you will be a Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA, Big 4 experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will need to display a passion for corporate finance & M&A and ideally have audit, corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking or restructuring experienceYou must however be able to display the following attributesDesire to work with OMB and SME'sExcellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationshipsProactive and positive with a strong team focus and collaborative approachEstablish a strong working relationship with colleagues with the highest level of professionalism and integrityExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsGood eye for detail and problem solving skillsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a firm which has an excellent promotional track record.
