Corporate Finance Director

Due to a successful year in 2023 and significant projected growth, further increased following the acquisition by the US PE firm, Sun Capital Partners, we are now at a point in our growth journey where we would like to engage with a Corporate Finance Director who is looking for a fresh challenge. Perhaps you are working in Practice and the progression to Partner doesn't appeal and you would like to work for a smaller firm, where you have more control over your destiny? If you are hungry and ambitious, we would like to talk to you - we are always on the look out for Future Leaders within our business.
You will be a charismatic, engaging and forward thinking leader, someone who is happy to manage the detail where necessary but also see the bigger picture, working with the Founders and Senior Leaders across the Company, to set the strategy for the foreseeable future.
You will
:
Almost certainly hold formal accountancy qualifications
Have experience within professional services, including at least 3 years in Corporate Finance or in an exec level M&A role within industry
Have the ability to lead a transaction from start to finish, with the support of a team
Have significant experience in dealing with private equity
Whilst we are keen to engage with experienced Corporate Finance Directors, we would also welcome interest from those at Associate Director level.
