This major US law firm is looking to hire a corporate lawyer with at least 4 yrs PQE and experience working with clients in the technology/telecoms sector.Exceptional academics and experience of working on complex, big-ticket international transactions are a prerequisite together with experience working on digital infrastructure projects.The successful candidate will be joining a firm with a real focus on culture where collaboration and collegiality are the norm.
