The firm operates in the broad capital markets sphere and is very successful.They are now looking to recruit a corporate development manager into their team. The role will report into the Head of Corporate Development.In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Corporate development on:Identification of new investment opportunitiesCarrying out an initial investment appraisal of the dealWorking on deal execution as principalManagement of and liaison with advisorsThey are interested in people who will have a background as follows:Corporate development professionals from other firmsInvestment bankers looking for a move into corporate developmentAdvisors from big four firmsPrivate equity professionalsProbably with 5 – 10 years experience
