Do you have a minimum of 1 years’ paralegal experience in corporate and commercial work from a US, Magic Circle or International law firm? If so and you haven’t yet secured your training contract, this is the ideal role for you. Our client are looking to take on a paralegal (with extensive corporate experience) to join their highly regarded corporate and commercial team in a full fee earning capacity and assist on a wide variety of transactional work. After 12 months, they will be making a training contract offer.
They have a truly international portfolio dealing with an interesting array of corporate clients in the UK and Worldwide. You should be comfortable handling complex matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who has gained at least 12 month’s corporate experience, has completed the LPC and who has excellent academics to join a progressive and dynamic law firm and be offered a training contract after 1 year.
