Your Opportunity:
Embark on a dynamic journey as a Corporate Communications Manager, where ambitious growth plans and exciting new ventures await. As a pivotal member of the Marketing Communications team, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives amidst a fast-paced and stimulating environment. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Business Development & Marketing teams and key stakeholders to drive the corporate communications agenda forward. You will work on BAU Comms and help build a new Internal Communications Strategy. You will have one direct report - a highly capable and experienced Senior Comms Executive.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic internal and external corporate communications, encompassing firm news, responsible business initiatives, and innovation/change programs.
Lead the ongoing enhancement of the intranet and firm-wide e-comms and video channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to refine external marketing channels (web, social, email, video/audio, etc.).
Manage the corporate communications calendar to strategically plan future initiatives.
Continuously analyze and enhance corporate communications effectiveness.
Provide communications counsel to senior leadership.
Champion and refine the tone of voice, both internally and externally.
Oversee relationships with key external corporate communications suppliers.
Manage and mentor the Senior Corporate Communications Executive.
Your Skills and Experience:
Extensive corporate communications experience.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic communication plans.
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
Proficiency in content creation across various channels including intranet, web, social, video, audio, and e-comms.
Organized, resilient, and adaptable multitasker with keen attention to detail and a focus on project delivery.
Confident team player with strong relationship-building abilities.
Proactive and supportive leader with coaching skills.
Professional qualification or equivalent experience, ideally in professional services or financial services.
Hybrid Working:
