As investment communications manager, you will be integral to producing compelling, engaging narratives tailored to target audiences across a range of channels to promote USS Investment Management’s capabilities, approaches, achievements and performance, and protect its standing as a major, responsible sovereign investor.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the principal point of contact, internally and externally (including media), for all investment-related communications, including Responsible Investment and Public Affairs.
Promote strategic media and stakeholder engagement opportunities to build and enhance relationships with key contacts.
Lead on internal relationship management to proactively support the delivery of first class communications on investment issues and activities, securing input and sign-off.
Translate expert investment inputs into compelling easy to understand narratives and content, tailored for different channels and audiences.
Identify best practice amongst global asset managers/pension schemes of similar standing and support the evolution of communications activity across the business.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experienced in corporate communications across a wide group of internal and external stakeholders.
Media management experience, including national publications and broadcast.
Asset management knowledge
