Corporate Commercial Solicitor:
We have partnered with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to assist the team on an interim basis for around 3 to 6 months to cover a period of sick leave.
Key Duties:
Drafting shareholders agreements and articles of association
Advising on Facility Agreements, Debentures and Personal Guarantees
Providing independent legal advice
Advising on corporate restructuring
Advising on and negotiating commercial contracts
Job Details:
ASAP start
3-6 month assignment
Hybrid working assignment in London – 1-2 days onsite a week
