Drafting shareholders agreements and articles of associationAdvising on Facility Agreements, Debentures and Personal GuaranteesProviding independent legal adviceAdvising on corporate restructuringAdvising on and negotiating commercial contracts
Job Details:
ASAP start3-6 month assignmentHybrid working assignment in London – 1-2 days onsite a week
