Corporate/Commercial lawyer – London/Home Counties/unique role within a corporate advisory business

We have direct, confidential instructions on a rather unique role. Acting as a lawyer for external clients within a larger corporate advisory business, this is a great opportunity for a role offering broad, high-quality corporate, commercial and general in-house work together with a good work/life balance.Suitable applicants for this role must have solid corporate and/or commercial law experience. Acting for corporates and HNW clients, you will get good-quality work within an experienced team. There will be some work in other areas such as, for example, compliance and employment but expertise in these and other areas is not needed.Our ideal candidate is a lawyer with at least two years’ PQE and ideally up to six years’ PQE, although we will consider strong applicants just outside this level. You will have a stable career record and have current or recent experience in-house and/or in a rated London, national or regional firm. In0house experience is a strong advantage.The firm offers hybrid working of 4 days per week in their offices in London/the Home Counties, 1 day per week from home. Hours will be reasonable.
