Renowned law firm with a large presence in Central London are currently, due to ambitious growth looking for a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join their team.The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years PQE with technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial matters and have a genuine passion for this area.They advise individuals and corporates across a range of specialisms including M&A matters, Joint Ventures, Restructures, Data Privacy, IP and company formation and start-ups.The candidate is required to -
* Be technically strong
* Have commercial awareness and gets enjoyment in working on transactions and getting the deal done
* Must have excellent drafting and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and team skills
* Willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity
* Have attention to detailCandidate criteria:
* Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor of 2-4 years PQE with excellent academics (ideally 2:1 or equivalent)
* Training gained within a reputable law firm
* Be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills
* Have the ability to develop effective working relations at all levels
* Be confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients
