Corporate Associate Position available at a Top International Law Firm

Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a global presence, is currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join their thriving Corporate team in Cheltenham.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with a proven track record of working within a reputable corporate legal team at a top Legal 500 firm. Exceptional academic credentials and training are a must.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Managing a significant workload, conducting due diligence processes, reviewing, drafting, and compiling corporate and commercial documents, as well as general corporate structuring work.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in transactional matters including commercial contracts review & drafting, negotiating Shareholder agreements, LLP contracts, company law matters, business ownership, and investment advisory mandates.
Experience in advising and drafting commercial contracts is essential together with a knowledge of distribution and agency agreements.
Strong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are essential.
