We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Solicitor to join our client’s dynamic Corporate team based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with 3-5 years' PQE in Corporate Law to become an integral part of a leading independent law firm.
Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate team, you will play a crucial role in advising a diverse clientele, including large international organisations, ambitious investee companies, and high net worth individuals. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting and advising on all aspects of company lawHandling private company M&AManaging early stage investment transactionsOverseeing MBOs and MBIsDrafting joint ventures and investor/shareholders' agreementsCrafting articles of association and other constitutional documentsManaging demergers, company reconstructions, and reorganisations Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should possess:3-5 years PQE or equivalent in Corporate Law (our client encourage’s those who are also more senior to apply)Strong legal and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExcellent attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlinesOutstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skillsEnthusiasm for business development The firm are offering an excellent work culture, hybrid working, numerous benefits and a competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000.
