Creative Copywriter
We’re an employee-owned, full-service, creative agency that bloody loves what we do – creating compelling campaigns, inspiring employee communications and standout employer brands that our clients believe in. Helping them attract and engage the people they need.
This is a genuine chance to have an impact at our agency as we continue to grow again. Working with a range of clients – some you've never heard of and some so big that even your Nan will know about them. We bring their stories to life creating everything from big ideas to career websites, video and audio scripts, photo & film productions, paid search, social content and everything in between.
As a Copywriter with agency experience, you’ll spend your time crafting smart, engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences and reflects various brand guidelines. You’ll develop compelling narratives across our client base and capture the hearts and minds of talented people, ultimately driving action through all forms of writing.
We’d also love you to develop our own story, 17 years in the making, and support our marketing efforts to make Creed even more famous, by celebrating our experts, expertise and experience.
Playing your part in the creative team, your focus will be to:
* Share the joy of words and your writing flair
* Develop and refine the TOV for our client’s brands, campaigns and communications.
* Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.
* Evolve our copywriting offering.
* Collaborate with designers and other creatives to deliver concept driven brands, comms and advertising campaigns.
* Edit and proofread copy to maintain high standards.
* Write copy for Creed’s marketing – award entries, social content, pitch documents, blogs and case studies to showcase our best work
We have tonnes of benefits, but above all you’ll join an ambitious team who’ll be routing for your success and to take us to the next level.
We work hybrid, so you'll need to be in Altrincham at least 2 days a week and as we’re employee-owned, it shouldn't come as a surprise that we look after our talented people. You'll get everything you'd expect, like a pension and great kit, plus a bunch of stuff you probably didn't, like a £500 personal development budget each year, volunteer days, regular social events, 28 day’s holiday a year (plus bank holidays, your birthday and Christmas off), and up to 10% of your salary as an annual bonus.
