Due to growth in business the ever growing back office team is looking for a Coordinator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.Job DescriptionAs a Coordinator you will:Liaise with customers regarding delivery enquiriesMaintain internal CRM systems and spreadsheets regarding deliveries and ordersWork with the warehouse and logistics manager to ensure schedules are accurate for driversLiaise with the warehouse team and department heads regarding availability of goodsAssist with picking and packing online orders when requiredAssist with preparing goods for delivery and loading vans when requiredEnsure the Dispatch Centre is well maintained and secureGeneral admin tasks relating to the roleThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Coordinator will have:Strong admin skills including the use of Outlook, Excel and using CRM/ERP systemsThe ability to coordinate tasks and delegate work when required to do soWork well in a team as well as independentlyHave a polite telephone manner to liaise with external contacts via phoneStrong organisational skills and be willing to get hands on if required!Be flexible including being able to work occasional weekendsWhat's on OfferIn return the business will:Free on site parkingProgression and training opportunitiesOvertime opportunities available if wanted
