Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks within the organization. Duties: – Assist in managing office operations and procedures – Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and filing – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements – Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and phone etiquette – Utilize computerized systems including QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other software – Organize and maintain files and records – Support staff with administrative tasks as needed Experience: – Proven experience in an office or administrative role – Proficiency in computerized systems such as QuickBooks and Google Suite – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills are key. Pay: £26,200.00-£26,500.00 per year
