Here at Pertemps Network Catering, we are currently recruiting for a school Cook/ Cook supervisor��to work for a busy secondary School on a basis with our clients in Kings heath
School Hours:� Monday- Friday 7am-2.30pm
Enhanced DBS needed�
The role will involve working as part of the catering as a School Cook/ Cook supervisor , you will play a crucial role in providing well-balanced and appetizing meals to our students, contributing to their overall well-being and academic success.
Cook/ Cook supervisor Responsibilities:

• �Prepare and present high-quality meals for students and staff, adhering to the school's culinary standards.
• Plan and execute daily menus, considering nutritional balance, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and work collaboratively to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
• Adapt menus to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and waste reduction.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling standards
