Job DescriptionConveyancing Fee Earner (Paralegal or NQ Solicitor)West Midlands£24-28KWe are working in partnership with a prestigious law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced conveyancing fee earner to join their team as a Junior Conveyancer.The role would suit a conveyancing paralegal with fee earning experience, an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive The role will involve:Assisting with a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential propertiesPreparing correspondence, enclosures and documents and undertaking daily filing, opening closing, storage and retrieval of client files.Liaising with, and build relationships with other professionals involved in property transactions including local estate agentsMaking appointments, arranging meetings and diary managementUsing a conveyancing legal case management systemsProviding quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writingLiaising with clients, agents and other third party professionalsSuitable candidates will haveA good understanding of the Conveyancing process from start to finishProficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and OutlookGood communication skills, written and verbalExcellent organisational skills
