Join a team of experts in housing & property, conveyancing, family law, wills & probate, employment, and litigation, and be part of a company that values your growth and success.Primary Responsibilities Include:Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish.Ensuring timely and cost-effective processing of cases.Direct communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders.Developing professional relationships with clients and potential sources of work.Generating a fee income aligned with agreed targets.Efficiently managing work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimum supervision.About the Person:To be a successful candidate for this role, you must also have the following attributes, skills, and experience:Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload.Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession.Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.Organized and process-driven.Commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.If you're passionate about conveyancing and ready to make an impact in a reputable law firm, apply now and join us in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.JBRP1_UKTJ
