Conveyancing Executive

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will also provide excellent client care and communication throughout the process, ensuring that all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.We are looking for a candidate with:✔ At least 3 years of experience in handling residential conveyancing matters.✔ A qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience.✔ Excellent organisational, communication, technical and IT skills.✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Your key accountabilities will include:• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.• Caseload to include freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, new build, remortgages and transfer of equity, shared ownership.• Conducting title checks and reporting to clients.• You will communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction in a regular and professional fashion.• Monitoring and delegating work to paralegals/assistants.• Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.
