We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm that prides itself on a client-centric approach and a comprehensive range of legal services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling the full conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Prepare and manage legal documents related to property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress of all transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on conveyancing matters.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines to ensure timely completions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal.
- Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
- Proficient in IT systems with strong typing and document management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide high levels of client service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
