Control Systems Design Engineer

We are family-owned engineering company with five generations of history. We focus on designing, building, and maintaining capital mechanicalequipment, primarily serving the aerospace industry. Presently, owing to ongoing expansion there is an open position for a skilled Control Systems Design Engineer.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Design and collaborating with the Principal Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineers, the primary objective of this role is to produce electrical schematic drawings and software for the autoclave control system.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification in electronic/electrical engineering
Experience of designing and building equipment control systems
Ability to generate electrical schematics and general arrangement drawings
Knowledge and experience of process control systems design, implementation and ideally commissioning
Good technical documentation authoring skills
Knowledge and experience of regulations and standards relating to industrial control systems (electrical, software & safety.)
Remuneration
Salary commensurate with experience, Pension up to 6% company contribution, Profit sharing scheme, 25 days holiday + statutory.
