Contracts Manager

Resourcing Group is working with a landscape and grounds maintenance contractor who work with private and commercial clients providing a landscaping and grounds maintenance service across Devon and Cornwall. They would like to appoint a Contracts Manager to head up a new team.

The role is available due to expansion within the company. They specialise in Grounds Maintenance, Hard / Soft Landscaping.

• You will be responsible for overseeing the grounds maintenance side of the business reporting into the Managing Director.
• You will also be responsible for building new maintenance business as well as looking after established clients.
• The role will not only be to manage live projects but also site teams and sub contractors
• working with clients, planning their projects including estimating, drawing and maintaining the relationships with them.
• visiting sites, meeting with architects, project managers and site managers.
• ensure all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to on and off site.

You will have proven knowledge and experience in managing the maintenance contracts.

With a proven ability with developing budgets from projects, managing costs, and working to budgets.

Qualifications (ideally)

• Higher National Diploma or degree - landscaping discipline
• SMSTS SSSTS
• CSCS

Essential

• Valid full UK driving licence
