This company are an off-site, modern methods of construction roofing contractor who deliver a wide array of works, including industrial, commercial but mainly residential roofing projects ranging from refurbishments to new builds. They are in a period of growth, with some exciting projects on the horizon, and have a large order book on their hands. Due to this they are therefore looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work on their South East based projects.
In this site based role, you will be managing, controlling and updating the project plan, liaising with the client and the team. You will manage the relationship with the client ensuring all work is being completed and delivered on time and to budget. You will manage sub-contractors, managing any issues on site both pre and post installation of the roofing projects. Working closely with the Project Manager you will monitor the quality and progress.
This role would therefore suit a candidate who has previous experience in a similar Contracts Management role, in a construction setting, managing client relationships, overseeing all work activity on site. You will be based in or around London, and happy to travel to site in the surrounding areas (Reading, Guildford, Watford, Dartford). You will have a keen eye for quality and current health and safety legislation.

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager position
Construction background
Experience managing a site delivery team
